Downtime & results
Downtime — Minimal. Redness and mild swelling around follicles for a few hours to two days.

Preparation
- Shave the area 24 hours before hair removal
- No waxing or plucking for 4 weeks
- Strictly no sun or self-tanner for 2 weeks
- Discontinue retinoids for 5 days
Aftercare
- Cool compresses as needed for 24 hours
- Mineral SPF daily on exposed areas
- No hot showers, sauna or gym for 48 hours
- Do not pick flaking or scabbing skin
