Appointments
Submitting the request form does not confirm an appointment. A team member will contact you to schedule. Please provide 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
Consultations and eligibility
All treatments require a consultation. We reserve the right to decline treatment when it is not clinically appropriate.
Payments and memberships
Memberships require a three-month minimum and renew monthly until cancelled with 30 days' notice. Packages and credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
